Matthew has been qualified as a solicitor since 2000, training with a well-regarded regional practice Lester Aldridge. Matthew set up Genesis Solicitors in 2004, and since then he has developed a loyal following of clients across a range of industries. He specialises in corporate and commercial work, but also covers commercial property matters.

Matthew enjoys a variety of sports, including snowboarding, mountain biking and sailing, and wishes he had more time to devote to these pursuits.

Paul has been qualified for more years than he cares to remember, and has worked for both local and central government, regional developer McCarthy & Stone as well as a number of private practices in the local area.

Paul acts for a number of local developers in greenfield and brownfield site acquisition and development, as well as dealing with commercial property matters and residential conveyancing.

Paul enjoys mountain biking and skiing.

Liz has been qualified and working as a solicitor since 1999. She specialises in commercial law in particular intellectual property law and in private client work including wills and probate.

Liz trained with City firm Bird & Bird and qualified into the Intellectual Property Department there in 1999. She then moved to Swanage, Dorset. Since then she has been undertaking commercial work for small and medium sized businesses in the Dorset area and beyond as well as wills and probate work with Bournemouth based firm Steele Raymond and Dorset based firm Ellis Jones.

Liz joined Genesis solicitors in 2010 as a consultant solicitor and company director and works mainly from the office in Swanage.

Liz loves sport and the outdoors and currently rides competitively for Primera Sport's mountain bike team.
